My living room and dining room are now lined with stacks of boxes. My storage room has more packed boxes.
The cats were shipped off to San Diego via Alaska Airlines cargo plane.
I guess we’re really moving. One week from Friday!

I hope nothing of great value gets lost or broken, and everyone makes the trip safely. I hope you all make some good friends and really enjoy your new home. I’m sure you will miss Seattle and friends there. I think moving gets harder as we get older. Maybe you will find some friends from the past in your new place. Hope you have a great library and good thrift stores nearby. And Trader Joe’s. 🙂

Only one more week… yikes! Where does the time go? Well, if it makes you feel any better, I’m about a month behind you in this timeline. Misery loves company, right?
