Pictures of my life in a thousand words . . . more or less.

What an expressive photo.
She looks exhausted!
And long. She looks long!

so CUTE. !
My daughter, about that age, used to call a dog nose its’ NOZZLE. It was a combo of Muzzle, Nose, Nostril… and long, like a hose nozzle. I think. Whatever it was, I NEVER EVER corrected her because it was just too cute. Eventually she grew out of it.

That picture is worth a thousand words! Usually, mine INSISTS she isn’t tired until she collapses from exhaustion. No declarations beforehand for her.

When my two were that size, they used to climb into the huge double closet in the room they shared and haul in all their quilts, pillows, and stuffed toys, curl up, and go to sleep. I’d come in from a part-time evening job I had at the time to find them in their closet, their Dad sound asleep in the bathtub, and most of the lights blazing! It made me chuckle then, it makes me chuckle now.
